PermitVault does not collect, track, or share any personal data. Your job photos and inspection data stay on your device.
PermitVault collects no data whatsoever. Specifically:
All photos you take with PermitVault are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. Photos are never uploaded to any server or cloud service. GPS coordinates and timestamps are embedded in photos locally for your convenience, but this data never leaves your device.
PermitVault requests camera permission to take inspection photos and location permission to stamp photos with GPS coordinates. These permissions are used exclusively for these features and the data is stored locally on your device only.
All jobs, photos, checklists, and settings are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB and localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can export all your data as JSON at any time, and you can delete all data from within the app.
If you purchase PermitVault Pro, the transaction is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your payment information. The payment provider's privacy policy applies to the transaction itself.
PermitVault only accesses the network to load the app itself. No other network requests are made. The app works fully offline for all features after initial load.
PermitVault uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
PermitVault does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
If we ever change this policy, we will update the date above.
